more uyuni

there´s more to uyuni than just salt. its a giant, dessicated, ancient seabed sitting between 2 mountain ranges at 14,000 ft. its hot during the day and cold as hell at night. its a place where no one should really live.

there´s a few distinct features to uyuni that we toured: and island of cactus, a few lakes with thousands of pink flamengos, multi-colored mountains, thermal hot springs, huge rock structures, and lots and lots of open space and dust. in 3 days we covered a lot of ground...
